Strengthening communities and preserving culture through local leadership

Community First

At Kikooko Foundation, we believe in solutions that arise from and serve local communities. Ugandan staff lead all our initiatives, ensuring cultural appropriateness and community buy-in.

We design programs that can eventually thrive independently of external support, addressing interconnected needs across education, health, and economic opportunity.

Cultural Heritage

The Kikooko Foundation is deeply rooted in the heritage of Uganda. Our founder, Warren, hails from the Bakiga people, an indigenous group living in the breathtaking hills and mountains of the region.

Through our programs, we honor and preserve the rich cultural traditions of Uganda while supporting communities in their journey toward sustainable development.
