The Kikooko Foundation volunteer program offers meaningful opportunities to contribute to our educational and community initiatives while experiencing Uganda's vibrant culture. Whether you have two weeks or several months, we've designed a program that creates genuine impact while providing a rich cultural experience.
Our volunteer initiatives are built on four key pillars: Education Support, Health & Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, and Skills Training. Each project is developed in partnership with local communities to address genuine needs and ensure lasting positive impact. Volunteer Requirements
Who Can Volunteer
We welcome volunteers from around the world who:

Are 18 years or older (younger participants may join with parent/guardian)

Can commit to a minimum of two weeks

Are passionate about education and community development

Are adaptable, respectful, and culturally sensitive

Have relevant skills or experience to contribute

Are in good health and able to work in a rural setting
